RWJF Scholar Pioneers Innovative Program to Help Low-Income Elderly Age at Home

Sarah Szanton, a Robert Wood Johnson Faculty Scholar, recognized that many low-income older adults lacked the financial resources to make basic adjustments to their home that would significantly increase their quality of life. Through her organization, CAPABLE, older adults are provided with low-cost solutions that enable them to live in the residence of their choosing.
